Our approach
DGM aims to provide a website experience that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA are used as a design and testing reference where reasonably applicable. This statement describes an ongoing effort and is not a certification that every page, browser, device, or third-party service will be error-free.
Features included
- Semantic HTML headings, landmarks, lists, tables, labels, and buttons.
- A keyboard-accessible skip link and navigation controls.
- Visible focus treatment and form labels, instructions, validation, and live status messages.
- Text alternatives for meaningful imagery and decorative treatment that does not carry required information.
- Responsive layouts designed for zoom, reflow, keyboard use, and touch input.
- Reduced-motion support for visitors who request it through device settings.
- Information conveyed with words and structure rather than color alone.
Known boundaries
Email applications, calendar applications, hosting infrastructure, downloaded calendar files, and any future connected scheduling or workflow service are operated by third parties and may have their own accessibility features and limitations. DGM does not control every third-party experience, but can provide a reasonable alternative communication method where practical.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter a barrier, include the page address, a short description of the problem, the browser or assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it, and the alternative format or method you prefer. DGM will review the request and work toward an appropriate response. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or unnecessary medical information.
